Caroline Hines Fitzgerald
Caroline is the head director and lead coach for Halos Lacrosse. Moreover, she is a devoted mother of two incredible kids, Maeve and Kiera, is passionate about empowering girls to achieve their fullest potential. With a lifelong dedication to lacrosse, starting from 4th grade through her collegiate years at Harvard University as a two-sport athlete, she made history by tying the single-game assist record at Harvard and securing a spot tied for first in the NCAA Single Game Assist Record. Caroline is thrilled to extend her expertise to elevate your daughter's potential, both on and off the field.
Allison Foley
Is a member of the Halos and Scoops coaching squad. She’s been coaching all ages from youth to high school since 2019. Throughout her coaching career, she coached for various clubs but was always drawn back to the youth programs because this is where her own passion for lacrosse began.
Coming from a big lacrosse family, Alison began her Lacrosse career in the third grade. Although she also played Soccer and Basketball in high school, playing Lacrosse at the college level was always her dream. During her High School Lacrosse career, she was named Bay State All-Star 3 times, EMCGLA All-Star twice, and Boston Herald All- Scholastic twice. After leading Walpole High School to two state championship games, she began her college career at Assumption University. As a freshman, she was on the NE-10 All-Rookie Team, paving the way for two years of captainship down the line. Despite a lost season due to Covid, she finished out her college career with 2 NE10 President's Awards for Academic Excellence, and 2 NE10 All-Conference placements. While playing at Assumption, she received her Bachelor’s in Political Science & Marketing as well as her Master’s in Business Administration.
After graduating from Assumption University, she accepted a job as an Associate Account Executive at Criteo. However, when she was offered a coaching job at Scoops she could not pass up the opportunity to be involved in Lacrosse again. She has been coaching for Scoops for almost a year and is beyond excited to work with the Halos! Her favorite part of coaching is watching her players develop the same love for the sport that always drives her back to the game. And most importantly, she loves watching her players have a BLAST
